The National Foundation for Social Development (NEDA) held a workshop under the slogan “Together we create opportunities”. In cooperation with the Maadi Youth Training Center, we are meeting the challenges facing the youth of Egypt looking for a job opportunity, as well as the major difficulties faced by large, medium and small enterprises in Egypt, which seek to increase and develop their human capabilities.The meeting was attended by a large number of businessmen and members of civil society organizations interested in developing the Egyptian human capacities and qualifying them for the labor market, and some employment initiatives in Egypt to develop practical solutions to improve the labor market climate in Egypt. The meeting reviewed the training and rehabilitation initiatives it has undertaken to support the capabilities of a group of Egyptian youth on the most important skills and abilities needed by the labor market.
